Construction is starting on new Randy Wise Homes in Arrowhead Subdivision in Niceville, FL.  The subdivision is located on Hwy 85 just before the Twin Cities Hospital Entrance.

Randy Wise Homes, Inc. is offering to pay up to $5,000 of the closing costs.

I found the area on Google Maps, but this is before it was developed.  I'll post pictures of the neighborhood soon.

The first plan to be built in there by Randy Wise Homes, Inc. is their Euchee floor plan.  Euchee_Elevations[1].pdf, Euchee_floor_plan.pdf.  It is priced at $274,900.  This 4 bedroom/2.5ba/2ca two-story has the master bedroom down.  It will include granite, tile in all wet areas, 9ft ceilings throughout, mana-block plumbing, sprinkler system on timer, plus all the extra detail that Randy Wise Homes puts into their finish. 

The subdivision has underground utilities, public sewer, and public water.

The other floorplan that will be started is The Seminole. Seminole_A-2_Elevations.pdf , Seminole_A-1_Floor_plan[1].pdf.  It has the master up and is a 4bd/2.5ba/2ca.  I don't have a price for this one yet.

Randy Wise Homes has several other two story plans and some single story that will fit on these lots.  Please contact us if these plans are not exactly what you are looking for.

Arrowhead Subdivision is zoned for Okaloosa County Schools.  I've placed some important links to the right of the website that should help you get more information about the schools and local utilities.
