White Oak - 179,900 is a 4bd/2ba/2ca with 9ft ceilings throughout as well as 8ft garage doors.  As of 7/1/11 there are two under construction and have an expected finish date of late August.  There is a third whose lot has been scraped and construction should begin soon.

Laurel Oak - 185,900 is a 2 story.  It has 4bd/2.5ba/2ca and also has 9 ft ceilings and 8ft garage doors.  It's expected finish time should be early October.

Water Oak - 165,900 is a 1600 sf single story.  It has 3bd/2ba/2ca and 9ft ceilings as well as 8ft garage doors.  Construction will begin soon on this one and the expected time is late October or early November.  If the house goes under contract that would speed up the build time.
